This is a compressed history of the motherland, compressed in a poetic fashion. Among other things, it explores the issues bedeviling the mother continent and reminds us of abandoned solutions. This is a story of the motherland, a story of heroism and cowardice, of survival and regeneration, of crushed people and of people rising like the phoenix from the ashes.
