Closer: Vol 2 is a collection of poems, odes, and words of wisdom intricately woven into two powerfully imaginative short stories: After Noah and Soul Cry: Event Angels. These stories will force you to face your deepest darkest demons.

After Noah is a story about the world coming to a swift, abrupt, and jarring end, an asteroid has barreled its way into the path of the Earth. There is no way to stop it, so a project to create ships has begun. Their precious human cargo is catapulted into space on auto-pilot, and its cargo is stuck in cryo sleep. An unexpected event sends one of the ships hurling through space toward a planet frightfully familiar, yet different in the most dangerous way.

Soulcry: Event Angels is the second story of the Soulcry series. In the current world running, and hiding have become the new way of life. Death squads and demons with a gruesome agenda have overrun it. The human armies are scrambling for a solution, and angels have begun to appear. One of the government's delegates, Dominic Shaw, has come up with a solution, but his solution only marks the beginning of a new war. The new rules must be followed if humans are to survive it.
