Imbued with a radical spirit, I decided to make my contribution in the form of a book, to make entrepreneurs aware of the need to take care of their internal customers (employees), understanding that these are the link between the business and external customers. Taking care of employees in a courteous and healthy way is an assertive practice that generates good results, as through reciprocity employees will replicate the good care received to delight external customers.
