When I think about celebrating Jesus, it takes me to the fact that were it not because of Jesus, there would not be redemption for mankind. The reason why we have Christmas is because the Lord sent His only begotten son, Jesus Christ, to save humanity.
It does not cease to amaze me that the Lord left all His glory and reduced Himself to the form of a man. He left His glorious habitation and took upon Himself the covering as a man. Though conceived through the power of the Holy Spirit, he was born from a woman.
This 31-day journey was meant as a celebration during the Christmas season although Jesus ought to be celebrated daily for all He has done in our lives. Since Jesus has never stopped celebrating us, I want to encourage you to join in the celebration with joy and thanksgiving.
