Brecken's Big Bite

Twelve-year-old Brecken always thought he was just a "super picky eater"-the kind of kid who avoids weird textures, funky smells, and anything that looks even slightly suspicious. The story told in Brecken's Big Bite: Overcoming ARFID One Adventure at a Time is inspired by the real-life experiences of a mother and her son. Like in Brecken's actual day-to-day life, the main character faces incredible challenges with food, yet through perseverance and resilience, he grows into a more confident version of himself.
