BRACING ISOLATION

Bracing Isolation is a collection of counselling experiences and exposition during the isolation period of the writers. The book focuses on a myriad of opportunities that is likely to become visible during a seclusion period. The book further investigates coping strategies used by the writers during loneliness and engage some counselling strategies that have become useful as self-help tool during quarantine.

The use of C-O-P-I-N-G as a means of fighting loneliness can be an effective method in bringing to the forefront the presence of dissonance that often causes mental health issues. The idea that forces an individual to act, believe, or live within the concept of imaginable reality is often seen as a pattern that develops in a disorder (e.g. recurrence, seasonal variation) that helps to predict the future of action or may serve to alter the usual course of action.
