Resisting my gorgeous fake fiancé? Easy... Right?

Working front desk at a hotel means I'm used to cheesy pick-up lines and flirty businessman. Sure, I'll laugh along, but I'm secretly rolling my eyes and counting down time until my shift ends. Their lines won't work on me. So when Jake Thorne swaggers up to me with a devastating smile and an unfortunate Rose/Thorne pun, there's no way I'm falling for it.

No way.

He may be gorgeous but he's cocky and arrogant. And I don't have time to flirt with football players: I'm too busy working to provide for my son.

And then I lose my job and staying in control gets so much harder. Because Jake's image is in need of rehab and his PR team has the perfect solution to fix it: a fake marriage to me.

I can fake a relationship - how hard can it be? All I have to do is act the part. For two million dollars, I'd dress up in the team mascot costume too if they wanted (they don't. Thankfully.)

This will be easy. There's no way I'm falling for Jake. I'm used to controlling my feelings.
