Drawing from both personal and professional experience, author and physical therapist Buffy Stinchfield wrote Birth Ready and Beyond to empower women with the knowledge, preparation, and tools they deserve throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. With over twenty years as a physical therapist and specialized pelvic health practice since 2010, Stinchfield brings a grounded, evidence-based approach to supporting women through one of the most transformative seasons of their lives.
