As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and a Whole-Body Wellness Coach, I am privileged to witness humans' profound strength. My role allows me to delve into the complex interplay between mind, body, and wellness, providing me with unique insights into the holistic approaches that foster true healing, which allows you to design the body and mind you so desire.

My journey to whole body wellness began years ago when I looked in the mirror and I didn't like what I saw. I was overweight over 200 lbs and it deeply affected my self-esteem, so I decided to take action! I started working on my mindset and transformed my 'whole body' to what I envisioned for myself.

Today I look and feel better and have created a community to serve Millennial Women who desire to do the same, BEPURBOLD! BPB empowers women to embrace their authentic selves through a holistic approach to wellness.

Francine holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology, Minors in Chemistry and Physics, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).She is also an ANCC-credentialed board-certified Nurse Practitioner and member of the American Psychiatric Nurses' Association, as well as a member of a prestigious honour society for nurses, and an American Heart Association Certified Instructor.
