Bamboo Path

We were born into the ideologies and constructs that we relate to as society or civilization, without anything to compare it to, we accept that this is "reality" and what we are "shown" is the way to live our lives...and thus we begin our lives as a lie filled with distractions, contradictory guidance and norms that strongly suggest that being yourself is not really enough...

The Bamboo Path is an inviting view into how the traditional path of growth and development is the same path to releasing the past traumas and limitations, the interferences that filter our perceptions and create ongoing compound conditions. The origin of the open mind is our natural state and flourishes from the lack of fears and associated past traumas we learn to release instead of harbor. Limitations and weaknesses in the body can be transformed through bilateral therapeutic movement routines and Mindful practices. Learning to support health and well being is founded in knowing and understanding ourselves deeply, healing inner resistances from the past and developing the ability to harmonize the heart and mind. What we are really gesturing at is the process of returning to our true self and the absolute infinite potential that lives in each of us.

I have written this book both to share the greatest gift I have received and to identify a Life Study Process potentially available to you, with the intention to uncover and make accessible a viable path to Self growth.
