Art Heals

Art Heals is an engaging book that deals with the challenges of being an artist with depression and undiagnosed bi-polar disorder. The author shares stories from her life as an art student and then a struggling artist. How do you create when you are broke and depressed? What small actions did she explore to journey from despair to persistence.

The author is currently working on a novel as well as her next volume on Art Heals. When she is not writing she is creating collages, painting, teaching or having a snack. She shares her cottage with three hard working interns; a Lab named Molly, a Bichon Frise named Colin and another Bichon Frise named Rex. They all share their yard with squirrels, chipmunks, deer and a multitude of birds.
