The hoofbeats of horses have forged a path through history.
Travel through time with Rosie and learn about amazing events, meet remarkable people and learn about the important contributions horses have made throughout history.
In the last two books in this series you met Hark and Tyson. They are both Morgan horses. Rosie is a PRE from Spain. You learned about PREs in Dark to Light and you will learn more about them in this book - Rosie is Renaissance kind of guy so it makes sense that he would tell the story of Armor to Art!
By the end of our last book, Dark to Light, the world was beginning to change. No longer did the conquering armies leave a path of destruction wherever they went but rather, they were beginning to mingle with the culture they had conquered and learn things and share ideas.
We learned that each region had their own special kind of horse and unique horsemanship skills. But now that cultures are beginning to mingle, horses will mingle too. People are not only sharing innovations and culture but people are also becoming interested in breeding horses in order to create horse breeds with specific abilities. Riding horses is becoming an art form! As usual, horses are going to play an important part in this story of Armor to Art.
