Reuel-Azriel's contribution to the 21st-century philosophy on contemporary African American race and conflict involves the creation of two neologisms. The first of these is "antibulan," a term coined to describe the harmful mindset that targets individuals of African descent, including Black people, African Americans, Africans, and all indigenous peoples of the diaspora. It is characterized by deep-seated hatred and discrimination towards those with darker skin tones, expressed through language, imagery, and behavior, with the intention of causing harm to individuals, groups, and even property associated with the African diaspora.

The second neologism is "anti-hatricism," which is rooted in the concept of opposing any acts of prejudice, discrimination, or hostility directed towards people of African descent, who are referred to as "Bulans." By adding the prefix "anti" to "hatred," the term signifies a strong stance against any form of hatred towards Bulans or individuals of African descent. This term emphasizes the importance of actively opposing racism and discrimination towards this particular group and promoting equality and respect for all individuals, irrespective of their race or ethnicity.

Together, these neologisms add to the ongoing discourse on racism and discrimination against African Americans, Africans, and all people of African descent. They highlight the need to actively work towards eradicating harmful mindsets and promoting equality and respect for all individuals, regardless of their race or ethnicity. By exploring the history and current manifestations of antibulan and anti-hatricism, as well as the experiences and perspectives of those impacted by them, we can gain a deeper understanding of these complex and insidious forms of racism and work towards a more inclusive, just, and equitable future for all.

Author Reuel-Azriel has created a neologism that captures a harmful mindset that targets individuals of African descent. Coined as "Antibulan," this term refers to a deeply rooted hatred and discrimination towards Black people, African Americans, Africans, and all indigenous peoples of the diaspora who have darker skin tones. It is a belief system that expresses itself through physical actions and verbal attacks, with the intention of causing harm to individuals, groups, and even property associated with the African diaspora.

The effects of Antibulan are felt not only by Black and multiracial individuals but also by communities throughout Oceania, Saharan and sub-Saharan Africa, and indigenous peoples, including their institutions and religious facilities. It is an insidious form of racism that is felt globally.

Anti-Bulanism is a worldwide movement that aims to discourage and dismantle the unity against the bonds of solidarity between all indigenous and diasporic ethnic groups of African descent. This movement seeks to combat hostility, prejudice, or discrimination against people of African descent. Individuals who support such views are known as bulanites or antibulanites.

While the term Antibulan may be new, the phenomenon it describes is not. For centuries, people of African descent have faced discrimination, marginalization, and violence at the hands of those who consider them inferior or undesirable. The legacy of Antibulan can be seen in many aspects of our society, from the slave trade to colonialism to modern-day police brutality.

Let us take this journey, by understanding the harmful effects of this insidious belief system and actively working towards its eradication, we can make significant progress towards a more just and equitable society. With education, advocacy, and activism, we can continue to challenge AntiBulan and build a more inclusive and accepting world.
