AMARUKHAN LODGE

This book is written and illustrated by Eli Jah Redhawk Kenney-Kelley. It covers spirituality, design, and setup of one of the earth's most inspiring temple homes, the migratory conical lodge of Turtle Island (North America). Amarukhan Lodge brings over 20 seasons of experience with the sacred lodge into the light through the guidance of the ancestors, bringing the knowledge of traditional lodge making.

Redhawk's nine sacred body measurement method allows a lodge to be designed to "fit" the owner's mind, body, and spirit like a custom pair of moccasins. By using our bodies to create the full measurement layout for the lodge cover design, we're utilizing what the ancestors have given us: our bodies and lives. This allows us to co-create a temple home that our people have used for migration for thousands of years, to stay physically and spiritually strong, and stay connected to one of our prime sources, the earth.

Amarukhan Lodge brings the teachings and knowledge from the overstanding of the inner connectedness of the ancient peoples of Turtle Island. A forgotten people who have not forgotten our origins of always being present in the Americas, and from here migrated out and back many times over, never losing sight of our place in the human timeline. We are the first and will be the last.

This book continues and revives the living legacy of our Xi-Amaru heritage, culture, and ancestral guidance and relationships. Amarukhan Lodge is a key to bringing the people home.
