How often have you heard someone say-or said it yourself: "I have a book, the whole thing is in my head, it's been there for years, I just need to get it down on paper"? To hold your very own book in your hands, to gaze upon its cover and see your name neatly scripted, is one of the most rewarding accomplishments a writer can experience, and thanks to this book, realizing your dream is closer than ever.

Now sometimes we want to write, and we have all the best intentions, yet can't seem to get it done. Writing is not easy. No matter how much natural talent one may have, writing is still a process, it takes effort, requires commitment. This book is about writing from your subconscious mind-activating your muse, that inspiration that spurs you on-tapping into your inner wisdom, knowledge, and awareness. And though your book may be in your head, the desire to write comes from the heart, and the subconscious mind is the portal that allows us to travel between the two.

The subconscious mind is truly the home of creativity, and it is exactly where your project resides.
