"Tell me then, Abby, what are you going to do now? Are you thinking about what to do next?" Mona pressed gently.


"Thinking, what is thinking? I'm not familiar with thinking. Should I bee?" Abby answered slowly.


Abby is a honeybee without a hive. Mona is a 'super-fourth-generation' Monarch Butterfly genetically engineered to complete a three-thousand mile migration from Canada to Mexico. They meet and a friendship is born. Newness of life and dramatic choices transform them. Together they forge ahead forgetting the old.
