A Month of Sundays

Spirituality and physicality appear infused with each other - their boundaries are blurry at best. Spirit seems to not only work through us, but as us. That lack of separateness creates potential.
Dr. Kochevar, a physiotherapist who also operates a thriving energy medicine practice, examines how we are the meeting place between spirit and form in this book, paying particular attention to the importance of where we focus our attention.
He observes that some say we are spiritual beings having a human experience, while others think we must be born again to become something more than what we are. For his part, all he knows is that we are already everything we are ever going to be.
In this book, the author shares a collection of lessons learned and instructions received from the teachers placed in his path. He offers the possibility that since you are reading these words, your paths have crossed. And thus, possibly, your destinies.
There are thirty-one daily readings consisting of messages, meditations, and daily actions - one for each day of most months. The teachers who shared these lessons urged him to pass them along in the spirit of service. Reminding him, "You get what you give".
