A Brighter Path

Hey guess what! You're not crazy! Oh, you know what else? You're not weak either, you're actually really strong for picking up this book (mentally, and physically, I mean it is a 150 page book)!

If you're looking for a science filled, fancy word self help book, you should probably keep looking cause this isn't that! A Brighter Path: Overcoming Decades of Mental Darkness is a different take on the classic self help genre. If you want a book that's like you're talking to a friend or shooting the breeze with a stranger in a coffee shop, this might be for you! Or, if you're looking for a more fun and positive approach to the difficult mental health topics like anxiety, suicide and depression, this might be for you too! Coming from someone who's been there, I know these struggles in life can be extremely challenging and draining, but when you make the effort and the decision to crawl out from under the thumb of anxiety (in my case), you'll experience a world you never knew possible!

I'll be the first to admit that I'm no psychologist and I'm no writer, but I am a person! A person who's been through some pretty rough stuff and a person who completely turned her life upside down in the best way possible! If you think about it, maybe I really turned my world right side up!
