The city of LA has witnessed two mass murders in different locations which the local Police department has been unable to solve.
On failing to solve two mass murders for an extended period, the case is handed over to Marcus, a senior FBI agent based in LA. His team includes his superior Stella, colleagues Adam, Max, and Drake, and forensic and technical experts Christina and Ajay.
