本书全方位、多角度地介绍了行为与疾病和健康之间互为因果的关系，从行为中认识疾病的发生，以纠正行为的方式来治疗疾病，让广大读者对行为与疾病和健康之间的关系有一个全新的认识。This book is jointly written by experts in the field of behavioral medicine in Shanghai, and tells readers about the knowledge and treatment methods related to health and diseases in a simple and easy to understand way. The whole book is divided into two major parts. The first part of "Reading Classics" collects 19 classic works related to behavioral medicine, allowing everyone to understand the emerging discipline of behavioral medicine and the subtle relationship between behavior, disease, and health. The second part, "Asking Famous Doctors," introduces various common behavioral problems in daily life, including stress events, depression and mania, anorexia and gluttony, anxiety and compulsion, and their impact on the body and mind; Special behaviors of diseases in different age groups, such as senile dementia and menopausal behavior; Sexual behaviors that are closely related to people in daily life but rarely discussed. This book comprehensively and from multiple perspectives introduces the causal relationship between behavior, disease, and health.
