2 HOUR JOB SEARCH E03

The updated third edition of this proven, three-step, technology-driven job-hunting guide helps you quickly target potential employers and secure the essential first interview, streamlining the overall search process whether you''re an entry-level worker, recent graduate, or career changer.

In the aftermath of the pandemic and with the rise of AI technology, the way we do business—and look for work—has changed dramatically. The revised third edition of The 2-Hour Job Search addresses how both of these driving factors have changed job-hunting methods and presents a three-step streamlined approach that produces results quickly and efficiently.

Career consultant Steve Dalton provides you with updated advice on how to respond to pandemic-related shifts in job searching, how to use AI to your benefit, efficiently surf online job postings, reach out to contacts at your dream workplace and follow up strategically, and use professional platforms to your best advantage. Along with his own proven techniques, Dalton incorporates ideas from leading thinkers in behavioral economics, psychology, and game theory, as well as success stories from readers of the first two editions.

The 2-Hour Job Search method has been so successful that it has been shared at schools across the globe and is a formal part of the curriculum for all first-year MBAs at Duke University. With this book, you''ll learn how to make it work for you too.
