Facilitation is the core part of the "e;output-oriented approach"e; (POA) teaching process, and its effectiveness determines the success or failure of POA teaching. This book systematically introduces the theoretical connotation of facilitation and explains the design and implementation of facilitation activities under the guidance of facilitation theory with case studies. The book consists of eight chapters. The first two chapters outline the overall picture of POA teaching. The third chapter explains the conceptual connotation of facilitation. Chapters 4 to 6 focus on "e;progressivity"e;, "e;precision"e; and "e;diversity"e; in the effectiveness criteria of facilitation in turn, and follow the principle of "e;theory -Chapter 6 focuses on the "e;progressivity"e;, "e;precision"e; and "e;diversity"e; of the facilitation effectiveness criteria in turn, and follows the logical sequence of "e;theoretical principles"e;, "e;practical programs"e; and "e;facilitation effectiveness"e; to show the rationale, process and result of facilitation design in a comprehensive way. Chapter 7 explores the relationship between the three facilitation effectiveness criteria and summarizes the influencing factors of facilitation effectiveness. Chapter 8 shares how POA teachers use teaching to promote research and research to help teaching, so as to realize the synchronous development of teaching and research.
