Dr. Fulks is a well experienced, licensed marriage counselor with over 28 years of service. She also serves as the Executive Director of Elvan's Lifeline, a registered, 501c3 non-profit organization that assists families of children with learning disabilities. Dr. F. A. Fulks is a proud member of the Delta Sigma Theta sorority. She's a sister and friend. She is the loving wife of Jacobs Fulks. Together, they have four beautiful adult children. Dr. F. A.
