Inner-Reflections is a collection of contemplative challenges to help you break free of the restrictive effects of mind habits and default thinking. From the extremes of reactive anger and bigotry to limitations of low self-esteem and fear, mind habits can control all aspects of our lives, relationships, and potential for growth. This is not a quick read.
