What a gift that we can have a personal relationship with the Lord! Each one of us can feel encouraged that the Lord calls and pursues us, always wanting the best for us, and desiring to be in relationship with us. Spending time with the Bible enables us to get to know God, His characteristics, love for us, plans for our lives, and His Son Jesus Christ. The more time we spend, the clearer these things become. Setting aside time daily to invest in getting to know the Lord who has already diligently been seeking us. God speaks to us in His word; He has much to say about faith and hope.
