Genius Act

The Genius Act aims to provide a blueprint for the creation of a New World economy. It was originally intended to be presented to Congress to be enacted as a legislative act that would provide solutions to all of the 21st Century's socioeconomic problems. While legislative is still a viable option I hope that some of the economic and tax reforms discussed are developed into new industries. I hope that the Genius Act will spark a movement that will create a new economic paradigm of wealth generation. It will boldly introduce the "e;Trickle Out"e; economic theory that will create a nation of "e;Genius Society"e; millionaires and captains of industry to rival the Industrial Revolution. By creating technological innovations like the Water GRID and GENIUS ID we can create an economic New World.
