Dancer

The Dancer"e; is a long novel written by Yu Yongduo, a famous writer in Dalian. It tells the story of Park Jianxin, the general manager of Longxiang Real Estate Company, who meets Shangguan Lianjun in a savage demolition. After years of not seeing each other, the two turn from lovers to enemies. Park Jianxin instructs his men to torture the evicted tenants, causing them to collectively resist the demolition, which ultimately results in a bloodbath that kills eight people. After the bloodshed, the interest group sacrificed their cars to protect the king, tricked Bo Jianxin to Bin Cheng, intending to let him hibernate in Bin Cheng. The novel takes this line as a bright line, and involves all kinds of game tricks of the interest group. In BinCheng, Bo JianXin meets his childhood friend ZhanPing, who only wants to do business with Bo JianXin and will do anything for the sake of her goal. This is a dark line in the novel, which describes the emotional journey of Park Jianxin from childhood to adulthood. Alternating between the bright line and the dark line, the present and the past flashbacks outline a roadmap since the reform and opening up. The author tends to favor the so-called successful people, who can slow down and reflect, and find out an ideal society where the poor and the rich co-prosperate, and a society where everyone has dignity.
