A rogue group of wealthy and powerful people try to eliminate most of the world's population when they create a virus and unleash it onto the unsuspecting planet. Their goal is to eliminate anyone who is a descendant of a third-world country.Eddie, a homeless man, unwittingly stumbles across the evil plot.
