Breaking the Chains

We live in a broken world full of evil, sin, sorrow, and pain. Our great adversary the devil loves to keep us trapped in bondage and torment, even using our own thoughts against us. Sometimes it seems like no matter how hard we try, we can not break the chains of negative thinking. It gets so dark sometimes that we can not even remember the scriptures that we have studied. Sometimes we need help drawing the Sword of Truth to defeat the enemy in these dark times. This little book was written specifically for the purpose of having some "e;go-to"e; scriptures to meditate on to break the chains of bondage to negative thinking, dark thoughts, depression, criticisms, coveting, unrighteous anger, and any thought processes that are not from the Lord. The enemy can't stand to listen to God's word. Fill your mind, your heart and your mouth with the word of God and the devil will flee.
