Frank Massi sold his cab-over road tractor but that didn't stop him from going across the country with his brother Joey on a fishing trip even though they were the bait and the people after them were using rods with bullets instead of reels. Colletti figured Frank Massi was up to the task. After all, Frank had eluded Colletti and all the resources the FBI could muster even while driving a semi tractor trailer across five states. On this trip it was a coin toss as to whether they would make it or not but no one involved expected them to enjoy the ride.
