At the tender age of thirteen, Toby Meyers seemed to have everything stacked against him. Cerebral palsy that has disabled him from birth complicated by terrifying extrasensory powers of which he had little control. The greatest threat of all is his abusive, estranged father who represents a constant threat to his safety. His only saving grace is his unwavering Christian faith and his devoted mother.
